Heroes vs. Homefront

Derek is on the board of the Jax Freebirds, a local non-profit that he helped create, whose mission is to swiftly and compassionately respond to the immediate needs of individuals and families in the Jacksonville Beaches community who have experienced tragedy or loss. Each year the Jax Freebirds hosts a Heroes vs. Homefront charity golf tournament to raise funds for a local hero in the community.  Through events like this, they endeavor to provide relief and support, fostering a sense of hope and ensuring that no one faces hardship alone.
